Another One Bites The Dust?! [SPOILER!]

Question: The preview for tonight's Lost was intense. Please tell me Sawyer is going to be OK!â?? Shannon

Ausiello: Sawyer's not the one you should be worrying about. (Spoiler Alert!) Next week, a major character (as in a series regular) whose name is not Sawyer will join Boone, Shannon, Ana Lucia and Libby in the big island in the sky. And you're not going to believe who it is. I won't believe it until I see it with my own eyes.
Oh noes! Not another one!  Let the haphazard guessing commence!  There are some characters which are just too pivotal to the show to get rid of, so I'm wondering if its a "regular" but one of the lesser seen folk? Bernard? Better not be one of the "second rank" characters like Hurley or Eko (with an interesting story), or I'll be PO'd.

my reluctant money is on eko. he's one of the best characters on there, but on the whole, he's, uh, well, i hate to say it, but expendable.

Much as I hate to say it, you might be right. The official podcast is out, and features Mr. Eko (no I'm not going to try to spell the dude's real name ;D ).

Besides, wasn't he picked up in HI for something-or-other a few weeks ago? The curse strikes again?!

I hope not. (crosses fingers and chants *please don't be Eko, please don't be Eko*)

Now, I'm getting sick worrying about who will be done in. How about Jin? He just bugs Sun all the time anyway.
